Strategic Builders provides expertise across all facets of building and commercial construction. Committed to maintaining outstanding workmanship as well as honest, friendly, and professional service across all our projects. With over 20 years of experience, providing residential and commercial building and construction to predominately the corporate and government sector, in 2009 Strategic Builders took home six prestigious building awards.

Strategic Builders supports and encourages the professional development and training of our team members. We also ensure our team take advantage of all machinery tickets offered through TAFE for our apprentices. This ensures that on completion of training, our employees are not only skilled in carpentry, but also skilled in broader areas of the construction industry.

Strategic Builders holds Workplace Health and Safety Certification ISO 45001:2018, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) ISO 14001:2015 and Quality Management Systems (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 and has an internal Safety Officer who holds a Certificate 4 in Work Health and Safety and are federally accredited for safety as well.

Administration & design

Administration and careful design ensure a smooth and professional operation from commencement to completion of all project.

Arranging procurement

Evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors will be completed inhouse with priority given to the successful suppliers and subcontractors in the local area.

Efficient communication

Establishing clear channels and protocols ensures an efficient and quality build whilst maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Regular site meetings

Throughout the duration of the contract, meetings will be held with appropriate subcontractors and the client’s representatives.

Regular process reporting

A monthly report will provided the client’s representative which will include photographs showing the works currently under construction.

Safe site establishment

At commencement on site, safety fencing and boarding will be erected to ensure a safe separation between the construction site and the public.

Building envelopment

The external walls will be constructed, and the roof sheeted as soon as possible to secure the building and protect from the elements.

Commissioning & handover

Handover of the fully commissioned building will occur at completion of the project after all quality control procedures have been carried out.
